Thermostat western model j 091 instrukciya

Just noticed that my thermostat's temperature setback (currently in away) is set at 15 right now with the interior temperature at 17.5 6:00 am - 18 (wake up) 7:30 am - 15 (away) 2:45 pm - 19 (return) 9:30 pm - 17 (sleep) The surprisingly thing that I noticed while having lunch was that the thermostat sets itself to Recovery Mode and then forces the furnace to run at 19? A quick look up on the web suggest I set the thermostat at one temperature and leave it as is but it doesn't make sense to warm the house to 19 when there's no one at home (on some days) What exactly is this recovery mode. Recovery mode is when the thermostat turns on the heating/cooling ahead of time so it reaches the set point by the scheduled time. In other words, you set the time for when you want it to reach that temperature, and the thermostat learns how long it takes to warm up.

So it was just trying to be smart for you and get it to 19 degrees by 2:45. There is possibly a way to disable it in programming.but I don't see the reason as it should be good and save energy?

(by turning it up only as soon as needed according to conditions). Thanks everyone for helping me out. Good to know it isn't acting up.

I rarely work from home but today I did and noticed why the heat was on when I knew it was suppose to only warm up beginning. The feature below explains it all. The model number wasn't evident on the outside and so I had to pull the front unit out and check a small sticker inside. Honeywell TH4110D1007 Programmable Thermostat Among the features is: Adaptive Intelligent Recovery - ensures programmed temperature is reached by programmed time.
