Thanks to this thread I finally got this working - pretty crazy that it's taken over 7 months to get any utility in return for the money. I tried creating a new user, that didn't work - it just hung on the unzip. I tried copying to the home directoy, that didn't work. Finally I got it working by copying the seasonpass app to the root directory (Macintosh HD on my system) and that worked - I presume because that is not FileVaulted. I'm glad I saw this thread to at least give me the idea, but I am seriously annoyed with FireCore for the shoddy documentation/suppot for this paid for prodiuct of theirs. Looks like I’m having a very similar problem.
