So, I have finally gotten the game to work (run) and I can not get it to work online or play a skirmish or network game. When I try to play online, I get the error message 'Serial Number Invalid. Please try another', and when I try to play a skirmish or network game, the buildings all explode within an few seconds and it says you are defeated. Also when I tried playing the game in windowed mode (and occasionally not), in network mode, and skirmish, the game runs extremely fast to where the game ends even fast due to the automatic losing. I have already tried uninstalling completely manually, running in compatibility mode for xp, running as administrator, and a clean boot of windows. I have also spent roughly 10 hours alone on EA's chat system to their representatives, and I have given up with them, because all they have done is give me the standard premade answers that all lead up to getting me a new serial code (which I have about 8 now).
I started out with Windows 7 home premium, but some people said they were having luck with Ultimate so I upgraded to that in hopes of using xp mode (the emulated graphics card won't work for that). I also have tried manually patching, and I have the most up to date DirectX11. Thank you for any comments.

Gaming I just got Command & Conquer Generals, and when i put the cd in my drive, it starts to spin and then stop, spin and then stop and nothing happens, so i pretty much cant even get the install thing to pop up can someone help me why? Gaming I already run as admin and clean my registry with iobit advanced system care.
